61 Days of Prayer for Barack Obama: Day 27

Father God, we thank You for giving Barack and Joe excellent spirits and for having favor upon their lives in every situation and circumstance. (Daniel 6:3) We thank You for the blessing of choice in this election, for free will and for a voting process that lets the people's voices be heard. Lord we thank You for interceding to make sure that every legitimate vote is counted and every attempt to undermine, deceive or game the process is thwarted. Lord God in Proverbs 32:8 You said that "You would instruct us and teach us in the way we should go; You would counsel us with Your eye upon us". Please counsel and guide your people now in every aspect of this election. And, please God, continue to protect Barack and Joe with Your promise in Proverbs 32:8. Give them a "...hiding place. Preserve them from trouble, and surround them with songs and shouts of deliverance" in victory. In Jesus holy name we pray, Amen!
