Hundreds of 'climate change leaders' from across the US and around the world gathered in Los Angeles on Tuesday November 18th for the opening sessions of the Global Climate Summit, a 2-day event initiated by California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger to break gridlock on the issue ahead of next month's United Nations Climate Change Conference in Poznan, Poland.
President-elect Obama addressed the Summit's attendees in a short video transmitted by satellite.
