The McCain's campaign response to this revelation, according to media, has been shocking: "This is just McCain, being authentic McCain". The journalists admit that if it were Barack Obama, the story would have been on the news 24/7. Talk about double standard!

The next video shows McCain talking about himself doing "everything he could to support George W. Bush, shows him defending lobbyists and defending the practice of influencing officials for "access".

John McCain made it clear that he thinks the banking industry deregulation has been so successful that he wants to use it to deregulate healthcare the same way. You heard right, McCain's healthcare plan proposes taking Health insurance and social security management down the same failed path that has practically destroyed our finance industry. Why would McCain say or do this? Possibly because the architect of his economic policy is the same core architect of the failed deregulation strategy that has driven the financial services industry into disaster. That man's name is Phil Gramm. By the way, Phil Gramm is also the man who said that [the United States of America] "had become a nation of whiners" in a "mental recession."
