61 Days of Prayer for Barack Obama: Day 47

God, in light of the current financial crisis, today we give thanks for prosperity. Thank you Lord for "commanding the blessing of increase to be upon our storehouses [our personal checking accounts, savings accounts, and investments and the Obama campaign financial resources] , and for blessing us to prosper and have increase in all that we put our hand to do."(Deuteronomy 28:8) Lord You said that You would "lead us and give us Your wisdom, knowledge, and understanding, and teach us how to profit and prosper in all things. (Isaiah 48:17) We come today to thank You for those blessings and for giving Barack Obama and Joe Biden Your wisdom, knowledge and understanding as they respond to the current crisis and appeal to new voters. We thank You for making their plans work and for your blessing on the Obama/Biden campaign. Please continue to guide us as we walk according to Your will. This we ask in Jesus name, Amen.
